液壓灌腸機主要由機架、料缸、料斗、油缸和液壓及電器操作系統(tǒng)組成。通過接近開關(guān)控制活塞的反復(fù)運動，完成吸料與送料，達(dá)到灌裝的目的。操作簡單，易清洗。
該機上部設(shè)有儲料斗、蝶形閥、可實現(xiàn)不揭蓋連續(xù)灌制，提高了工作效率，且灌裝速度可調(diào)。該機采用活塞式液壓驅(qū)動，調(diào)準(zhǔn)工作壓力后，在液壓缸的作用下，使料缸的物料在活塞的作用下通過灌裝管送出，實現(xiàn)灌制的目的。本產(chǎn)品料斗、閥門、灌裝管、料缸和外裝板全部采用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼制做。
